Inclusive digital wallets — beyond the smartphone (Global Digital Collaboration recap)
Impressive forum for a global exchange on verifiable credentials and digital wallets.
There are amazing progresses in the domain with multiple ongoing implementations.
But there is at same time a global consensus on the lack of inclusivity of those technologies because they require smartphones.
As senior ID expert to global south countries, I think we shouldn’t dig further in the existing digital gap, but also work at same time on inclusive forms of wallet such as cloud wallets and printed credentials.
I hope we have chances to explore #inclusive version of it during the conference Daniel Goldscheider
