Jaume Dubois
Founder & CEO
For the past 20 years, Jaume Dubois has been developing identity projects in Africa and Latin America. Through his work as part of large international groups on Unique ID Solutions, he identified an unbalanced situation between government teams and solution providers. He then felt the need to found ID30 to allow emerging countries to take control of their digital roadmaps and make informed technological choices.
Jaume Dubois is an expert in digital transformation. He was involved in several non-profit initiatives such as GovStack, for which he led the Digital Identity and Digital Wallet working groups, and managed country awareness and training in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. He's now a GovStack Ambassador notably providing strategic advisory and technical assistance on the implementation of Papua New Guinea's Government Digital Public Infrastructure.
Jaume is also Senior Consultant in Digital Identity and Civil Status for the World Bank's ID4D trust fund, supporting more than 10 countries' digital ID and digital transformation implementations.
He was a founding member of OSIA Identity Open Standard and is an expert of the MOSIP Open Source Identity platform. He's engaged by the governments of Togo and Madagascar on the implementation of their identification systems, and over his career he has been advising more than 30 governments around the world on identification and digital transformation.
